Firstly, we wanted to say a huge congratulations to everyone for your continued hard work and dedication to helping families across the country benefit from home energy efficient measures funded through the scheme.
As this milestone is reached, this will be the final delivery focussed newsletter. Future communications will be tailored to your stage in the closure process to ensure continued relevance.
Thanks for your engagement over the past few months. We look forward to continuing to support all grant recipients to close and exit.

Your DMS report is due tomorrow, Thursday 16 April
Your monthly data management system (DMS) report is due on the tenth working day of each month.
This means that your April submission is due tomorrow, Thursday 16 April.
As you should be aware, DMS uploads and reports are used to inform official statistics which are published on the gov.uk website to promote and track scheme progress.
Your April upload is particularly important as it will provide us with indicative final performance figures for the SHDF Wave 2 scheme.
We're requesting all grant recipients ensure a timely and complete upload for April to assist us with this. Timely and complete returns will also assist with the data reconciliation activity required as a part of project closure.
Guidance, support and a walkthrough video covering common questions and quality checks are available on the SHDF Hive's monthly reporting resources webpage.
If you experience any issues with uploading your completed template by this deadline, please make sure to speak with your single point of contact (SPOC) and Salix project support officer (PSO) as soon as possible so that support can be provided.

All measures must be lodged via the TrustMark data warehouse to enable project closure
TrustMark data warehouse lodgements are mandatory for all measures installed under SHDF Wave 2 and must be completed to enable successful closure of your project.
TrustMark information is required in your DMS reporting and a significant amount of this data is outstanding. This requires immediate attention.
Unless otherwise agreed, your lodgements should have been completed by 31 March 2026, in line with scheme end.
If you've been unable to reach this deadline and haven't yet reached out, please contact your single point of contact (SPOC) or project support officer (PSO) as soon as possible.
Guidance is available via video tutorials on the TrustMark website alongside tips and advice for TrustMark photo evidence on our website.

Staying in touch with your project support officer (PSO)
Your PSO is your main point of contact to guide and support you through activities and requirements to allow your project to close and exit from the SHDF Wave 2 scheme.
Please continue to stay in touch with your PSO while we work with the department to confirm a complete list of activities required for project closure.
Your project has not formally closed or exited from the SHDF Wave 2 scheme until you have received written confirmation of this milestone from the department.

New monthly project change control (PCR) submission deadline
The deadline for submitting PCR requests has been brought forward by two days.
PCR requests are now due by 5pm on the Wednesday of the first full working week of the month, replacing the previous Friday deadline.
If you have any questions, please speak with your SPOC or PSO.
